· That the petitioner filed Crl.Misc.No. 14996-B/14 before this Honourable Court in which the next date of hearing is fixed as 17.11.2014.

· That at the time of furnishing the surety bond the petitioner came to know that the offences written in order dated 05.11.2013 passed by this Honourable Court were mentioned wrong due to clerical error/typographical mistake other than the offences as mentioned in the petition of cross version case FIR No.546/14, Dated 12.08.2014, U/S: 147/149, 337/A1,A2,F1,L2 PPC, Police station Shariqpur Sharif, District Sheikhupura.

· That the petitioner now seeks the kind indulgence of this Honourable Court for rectifying the error committed due to clerical error/typographical mistake.

PRAYER:-

In the light of circumstances narrated above it is most respectfully prayed that typographical error committed due to clerical error/typographical mistake may kindly be rectified and offences may kindly be endorsed as according to the petition/cross version case of FIR No.546/14 dated 12.08.2014 offences under section 147/149, 337/A1,A2,F1,L2 PPC, Police Station Shariqpur Sharif, District Sheikhupura.
